Whenever I reboot my server (for patches or maintenance) OpManager and NetFlow Plugin never start up automatcially. I've had this issue and submitted numerous tickets on it but it never gets 100% fixed.. The service just keeps crashing and keeps repeatedly trying to start.. 

What I have to do is go into services and stop the service (stop it from trying to start over and over).. I then go into taskmgr and kill: jqs.exe, jucheck.exe, jusched.exe, and mysqld-nt.exe. I then go back to services and start the ManangeEngine OpManager service..

This is a royal PITA and there must be a way around this / a true fix..
