OpManager does not pick up SMS Modem after server reboot

Hi

Every time our OpManager server is rebooted, it does not automatically pick up the SMS modem (mobile phone). The resolution is simple - I go into Admin > SMS Server Settings and just click OK again (with COM port 1 selected). However, this is extremely frustrating and I'd like to be able to force OpManager to "re-scan" the device automatically before it tells me the device is down. Is this possible?
