OpManager DNS resolution

When discovering devices, many appear only with the IP address and not the name?

Can you please explain how OpManager resolves the name, for example, using DNS reverse lookup (IP) or WINS (NetBIOS)?

I see from a forum post on Firewall Analyser (http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002677505) that there can be timeout issues. Could this happen with OpManager.
