OPManager Distributed Version Generating unwanted mail trafic! ...BUG?
We have recently noticed that the opmanager which we are using for monitoring our network is sending unwanted mails with another sender name than it is been configured!
The mails are being send from our central monitoring server. How I can see, all the mails are being generated by an JavaMail.System@... The Problem is that those e-mails are being sent under a completly another name than this is configured for the notification purpose. I can only gues that this adress was once being set during the configuration of the OPmanager, and then been removed, and that the Opmanger probably has a BUG and, is still using this old configurated notificatioin....
Now we have a problem that a Monitoring system is sending mails from an adress that is configured like it should be, and from one that should not exist! In other words, it is generating unwanted trafic just like SPAM!
