 Dear OpManager Distributed Edition Customers,

Season Greetings !!

We are extremely delighted to announce the release of the OpManager DE hotfix 7501 which has enhancements & several issues addressed.You can follow the instructions to take a backup and then apply this hotfix by clicking on this HOTFIX LINK 

The HIGHLIGHTS of Hotfix 7501 are

Enhancements:

  • Increased client responsiveness
  • Support for automatic DB reconnection
  • Reporting granularity set to be in sync with data cleanup interval
  • SDP integration now supports domainname in authentication
  • MySQL table crashes are now repaired automatically
  • For global URL monitors, the URL email profile adding /deletion is handled while the URL monitor is added/deleted
  • Log Viewer files are now sorted in alphabetical order
  • NT Services are now listed in alphabetical order in the device snapshot and the notification profile association page
  • Business View names are sorted in alphabetical order in the report header, user addition, user modification, dashboard, drop down menus and device snapshots

Issues Handled:

  • Alarms are now cleared accordingly when there are device dependencies set
  • Data transfers now happen smoothly when the setup has a Central Windows MSSQL and Probe Linux MySQL
  • CLI session timeout issue is fixed
  • OutOfMemory issues in CLI SSHv2 is fixed
  • User Interface Issue -  The Details view now shows status icons in the Servers page in Internet Explorer and the unmanaged button is now properly aligned in the server details page both in Internet Explorer and Firefox
  •  SDP integration in https mode is now working
