OpManager Disk Utilization Bug - No graph shown

OpManager Disk Utilization Bug - No graph shown

This bug may be specific to CentOS/RHEL but never the less, there is no documentation I have found about it.

Issue

OpManager appears to make queries (in addition to the KB article) to the OID: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.6.1.4 and attempt to obtain the disk capacity. This OID does not appear to be implemented in RHEL/CentOS - not sure why that's the case. But the OID isn't well documented either. "No Such Instance currently exists at this OID"

Workaround
  • Define the hard disk capacity in: Device -> Device Info -> "Asset Details." This field may get reset, because OpManager tried to query the OID again. So just check it takes.

If ManageEngine could include a fix, or a simple note outlining in more detail why the graph doesn't display would be useful. For now this should hopefully save people some time.
