Opmanager discovers device but doesn't show in any view
I'm running Opmanager build 8720 and having troubles with discovery.
1. When I do a discovery for a number of Cisco devices as well as some Windows Servers it says it found them, I click import, but I can find them in any view or through the query tool.
Is there a way to troubleshoot what's happening? A log file I should be looking at?
I should say that the bulk of my devices are being discovered fine.
2. Some Cisco switches I discovered a few days back are now showing only their IP address and not their name. I've done a rediscovery on the device and still no name. Any way to fix this?
