Opmanager debian installation error help required

Hi Guys,

I am trying opmanger because my director want to buy this software before buying we need to test so i am started installing opmanager in debian etch and when i try to start the webserver i am getting the following error

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/adventnet/nms/util/InitWebSvr
Syntax error on line 50 of ./conf/httpd.conf:
ServerRoot must be a valid directory

I have not chnaged any scripts Please help me how to fix this problem Once i get started working we are ready to buy this.So i need to show demo on debian linux for my director.
