Hi ,
i m using Entity-Mib cisco  for to read  Serial number of cisco devices and make INVENTORY report out of it .

i have seen MIB works perfectly  and i have created a custom monitor in Device templete under cisco catagory and it had applyed it automatically to all device under CISCO catagory.

My PROBLEM is i can not take report of it... why ?

i mean when i go in to device snapshot page and i can see under monitor option my monitor

""entPhysicalSerialNum -- .1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11 "" and when i prob monitor it do show me serial number , but when i try to take inventory report and select this monitor it does not show me any data . all other monitor works fine..

only differece i have seen with respact to other monitor is OTHER monitor got " link " under them i can click them and see report where the new custom monitor i have created dont have any..
