OpManager CATOS support

OpManager CATOS support

For my OpManager 5.6, CISCO IOS support is OK. But I have some cisco 6509 device and run CATOS. The product can not find out the portname or ifindex and CPU and Memory usage but Cisco 6513 run Cisco IOS is OK. Please tell me how to solve it.
