OpManager cannot integrate with Servicedesk
Dear all
There is a problem that I have
While I try to Integrate OpManager with ServiceDesk it gives me an error which ic "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high"
But the Server is running correctly anf network traffic if fine too.
Could you please tell me what should I do to solve this problem
Is there any specific settings that I need to do ?
