OpManager and Ticketing

I am currently an evaluator of the Opmanager MSP application:

In the latest release Opmanager MSP has integrated the SupportCenter Plus ticketing application. That is great !
One of the nice features I liked from the SupportCenter is that customer could log issues directly via a webinterface. Within the Opmanager only ticket generation via email seems to be supported.
Am I missing something ?
