OpManager and SQL 2005

Having some difficulty with OpManager's SQL Services and SQL 2005. I can add the pertinent SQL 2005 monitors with no issue, but all statistics show N/A and after a period of time the device snapshot page appears to drop the monitor(s) completely.
I've tried removing and rediscovering the server to no avail.
SNMP and WMI are both working correctly on the machine.
Having no issues monitoring a SQL 2000 server on the same subnet. Any help would be appreciated.
