OpManager and ServiceDesk Plus Integration Problem

OpManager and ServiceDesk Plus Integration Problem

OpManager 8 Build 8051
ServiceDesk Plus 7.6.0 Build 7605

Both products are installed on the same server using SqlExpress 2008

ServiceDesk Plus is able to receive tickets via e-mail from my users.

OpManager is able to notify me via e-mail with network problems.

When attempting to integrate these products, I receive the following error:  "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high."

I have read other posts regarding this, but the suggested fixes aren't working for me.

Please help!
