Opmanager and ServiceDesk intergation

Hi

We are trying to integrate opmanager and servicedesk plus, both are running on https and we did the steps as put in Solutions in opmanager support website.

but when we try to integrate, we get problem saying servicedesk server is busy or there is special character. we checked but no speciacl characters are there in servicedesk list of technician, group or category.
