opmanager and servicedesk error
Hi, I registered ServiceDesk in Opmanager as addon succesfully, I then added an asset in servicedesk with name "test1" and a server in opmanager with name "test1", but when in Opmanager I try to use servicedesk tab to see fields of "test1" I get:

Unable to fetch Asset Details from ServiceDeskPlus.
Check whether the device is added in ServiceDeskPlus
Check whether the ServiceDeskPlus Server is running
"
But ServiceDesk is running. What is the correct way to associate items between both applications?
