OpManager and Service Desk
Hi,
I install the lastest versions of OpManager Free and Service Desk Plus 30days Trial and i want to integrate both of these products.
I already set up the configuration and all the CI's that i have in OpManager, Service Desk Plus shows these CI's. But when alarm is generated by OpManager, don't create automatically any ticket in Service Desk Plus.
Any suggestion?
