Hi,

We are using Cisco Content Service Switch device.

Those device  are not included into the basic set of device that opmanager can manage.

For each device the Type is unknown.

We then have several monitor, especially “service current tcp connection”

The problem is when we open this monitor all information are displayed in OID form, and not text.

In my attempt to solve this problem, I change the type to “Cisco content service switch 11000 series” and I lost all my monitors, which is a very very bad thing for me.

This particular monitor cannot be added by clicking on “add monitor”, the service is just not present.

I also tried to roll back but I can’t set the type to “unknown” again.

In order not to lose any information stored in the DB, I didn’t delete the device to add it again.

I have 2 other CSS managed in Opmanager that still have the right configuration, but I have no idea if I can use them as template in order to be back to normal.

I’d like some help to have those monitors back and their history.
