Opmanager Admin Client

Firstly when i attempted to follow the business view how to demo, i saw in the demo the admin client. This had, down the side of it, business views, alarms, networks, etc etc. When i attempted to open admin client in my installation of opmanager, i found only opmanager map maker. This only had the business views section to it. I would like to know where is the true admin client? And how can i get it on my system.

Secondly, i need to alert for information alerts from the event log, and i need to be able to see the history of these alerts. I have set up the event monitors OK, and applied it to the device's that i want and it is working perfectly. But everytime a new information event occurs with the same event id, it appears to overwrite the old one. How can i stop this? Because it doesn't do this with errors from the event log, only information events.
