OpManager 7 - problem with linking CISCO ports

Hello Guys,
Here I descripe some problems.

After installation OpManager 7 on Win 2k3 Std. Edition, looks good, business map views work nice, etc. etc. but...
- during opening Cisco 6504 view on ports I've received error page message in IE 6.0 (I've already installed Java R2E 1_5 update 11):

Line: 158
Char: 3
Error: Invalid argument
Code: 0
URL: http://172.31.224.115/devices/objectdetails.do?requestid=SNAPSHOT&category=switch&name=172.31.251.30&mapName=Switches.netmap

- I can browse Cisco ports but there two where I can see graph with Traffic stats and two where I can see only red "x" sign in small square. All four ports are the same type (1 Gigabyte Ethernet) on the same machine.

- This is the main reason for complaining on link monitoring between two or more localisations.
On business view map I've put two switches, link them up and have info
"No Interface Object associated with this Link"

I'd be more than grateful for figure it out

thanks & cheers
Greg
