OpManager 7 - No RX or TX on Interfaces on Device Snapshot

OpManager 7 - No RX or TX on Interfaces on Device Snapshot

I do get interface detail info, so I know OpM is gathering the data with SNMP, but it displays "NA", "NA", "NA" for Rx, Tx, and Errors

I tried removing and rediscovering the interfaces with no success

ideas?
