Opmanager 7 missing interface stats
Hi,
I have just upgraded from version 6 (6012) to version 7, using the upgrade pack available from here. All the regular windows service monitoring and interface up/down monitoring seem ok, but I don't seem to be getting any traffic information for any interfaces, being on switches, routers or servers. The devices are mainly Cisco 1801 routers (140), HP 2524 (20) and some mixed other cisco & devices. All these are being monitored fine with version 6.
Is there any way to force for traffic/utilization of all managed interface?
