OpManager 7 -- Issues in Gentoo
There is a problem with having interfaces be generated multiple times, ending in a sort of memory overflow as the machine running the OpManager 7 server runs out of RAM and crashes.
This has been reproduced in Gentoo Linux, and after spending about 4 hours on the problem, it has been determined by OpManager's development staff that the problem is with Java not properly syncing its timezone with Gentoo.
So, Gentoo users, fear not! I'm going to attempt to patch together some scripts to make OpManager 7 functional in the next few hours.
