Opmanager 7 GA questions&problems
Hi, we are using Opmanager 6, Netflow 5 and Service desk 6 in our organization, and apart for some small problems, we love them.
I have installed version 7 on test server and i am having some problems with this version:
- All my 2003 servers are recognized as NT, this does not happen with DC
- There is no way that i can add Exchange monitoring on my mail servers, application
tab is just not there. DCs are recognized automatically and applied without my intervention, but i am puzzled how to get exchange monitoring working
- Monitoring graphs will go blank from time to time, restarting service will cure this
- On some routers i have NA in interface traffic monitors, but reports and warning about usage are correct
- Some network devices as Cisco VPN concentrators 3002, are still implemented poorly. I have memory and cpu graphs with NA, same problem as it was in version 6.
I should expect that these devices are recognized correctly with correct SNMP settings, as they are quite old now.
Otherwise, cudos for new interface and performance.
