Opmanager 7 build 7021 - Cisco Device Problems
Hi,
We have a problem in that the interfaces on our 3845/3640 routers and pix515 firewalls are discovered but we dont get any statistics, additionally none of the gauges work other than the availability one.
This worked fine on version 6
There are several other issues we have encountered Cisco 3560 switches get mis identified and added to the "routers" group.
When using cidr discovery it oftens populates all 254 addresses even though only a few really exist
I have checked things like correct community strings and snmp server host setings in the routers and they appear correct.
Can anybody point me in the right direction please ?
