Opmanager 7 -- alert escalation
It appears that 'Attention' alarms can not be escalated.
An alarm escalation can be set to run at a given number of minutes. However, that number is only 2 digits -- up to 99 minutes.
I would like to escalate "attention' items that are over 24 hours old, and run that escalation once a day. Is there any way to do this?
