OpManager 6 - Windows service down email alert.
Can anyone please help me with setting up an email alert when the Print Spooler on one of our Win 2003 servers terminates?
1) I can send a test email from OpManager.
2) I have setup a Notification Profile (email) "when any [selected...] Windows Service is down" and selected "Print Spooler".
I manually stopped the Print Spooler service on my server and did not get a email notification.
Is there more to it than this?
