OpManager 6 service crashes daily

OpManager 6 service crashes daily

Hello,

We use the most recent update OpManager 6.
since 4 months, our OpManager service crashes everyday. The time differs every day, but mostly in the night.
In the Windows Eventlog, it only tells me that the OPManager services (both!) stopped unexpectly -->
The ManageEngine OpManager service entered the stopped state.
The ManageEngineOpManagerApache service entered the stopped state.

By manually restarting the service (from Services.msc ), OpManager continues to run (for 16 hours or so...).

I suspect there's something wrong with the database. We use MSSQL 2000 SP4.

Are there any possibilities to determine the cause of this daily problem? We don't want to start all over again, because of the statistical history we've build so far.
