Opmanager 6 on Debian mysql error
Hello
I figure this must be a known or common problem.
Im installing the above on Debian and when I run the start script
./StartOpManagerServer.sh, I get this error
inside addon check
Unable to start Mysql daemon
Unable to create database Exiting OpManager
This is similar to the thread in
http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002639827
I followed the suggestions in it and the end result was to contact support, no follow ups seen on this.
I removed the /etc/my.cnf and am pretty sure mysql is not running in this inherited box.
Anyone any ideas? heres my ps -A in case anyone can see anything suspicious stopping the starting of this
