OpManager 6 not start on Linux Debian 4.0

Hi,

I'm trying to install OpManager 6 on Linux Debian 4.0 (Etch).
The server not start. Not connect with webserver
I read other discussions in this page with solutions, because any works on my system. (install libgdm1, and others).

If I start manually apachectl:
# ./apachectl start
./apachectl start: httpd started

If I start OpManager (in spanish):
