OpManager 6 Errors

Hi All,

We have been running OpManager version 6 for a number of months now and are very pleased with both the product and the level of support we receive.

Having a few issues fixed now by the forums and the help desk I thought I would also post this problem as well.

Over the last few months we are having issues with out OpManager Service and I don't really know where to troubleshoot issues.

It seems that OpManager will be running fine for a period of around 3-4weeks, then will start reporting that every server and networking device is critical and going up and down.

In an Environment that has over 50 servers and 100 networking devices, the volume of email notifications that go out are large.

This problem again happened last night, where OpManager wrongly reported that our servers and networking devices were down, resulting in over 1000 emails sent to our on-call team.

At the moment we are fixing the issue

Please provide either a solution or direction on how we can resolve this issue.
