we use opamanger v6.0 for a while.

there are more than 250 cisco devices to monitor under OP v6.0 with last patch.

We are running on window 2003 with 8 GB RAM.

We try to run MapMaker for about 30 business view, the screen just hang and we have to STOP/Restart OP services everytime ? The Java.exe just running about 120MB of memory.

How could I fix the problem:

1. We are running IE6 & IE 7 with same problem.

2. We are running on HP DL380 Server with only 32 MB video memory, Is that goging to help, if I add standalone video card with 512MB ?

3. The Java.exe just running 120MB memory of 8GB, is that going to help if I increase the Java.exe memory ? How could I change it ? Through Java...CPL ?
