Opmanager 6.0 Create Problem

Opmanager 6.0 Create Problem

I m trying to install Opmanager 6.0 pro edittion into my linux box , after installation when i m trying to start the server service , it giving error

"Failed to estabilish connection with web server gracefully shutting down opmanager."
