Opmanager 5.6 /monitor exchange 2000 N/A status

Hy,

i installed the new version of opmanager on a test server. version 5.6 of
opmanager.
the problem is, that monitoring exchange 2000 does not work.
the server i would like to monitor has follow settings:
windows 2000 server with exchange 2000, wmi is on the system activated.
i have add the exchange 2000 monitor (wmi-based), the domain-admin pasphrase is in operation
exchange server health is ok, but all other services had an N/A status,(screenshot2)

i has test the monitor for some services , example: send queue size of
information store,.
the result that comes out is: "the monitor did not responed to the test
request.
the service is up, and opmanager has all rights to query the exchange
server.

monitoring used disk space (wmi based) on resource manager function good.
the wmi connection work also good (screenshot1)

the question is, why does the wmi query with exchange 2000 not work?
