OpManager 5.6 EE (Probe and Central)
I am trying to use the OPmanager 5.6 EE with the PROBE Client.
I installed Both Central And Probe on my local network (192.168.1.x)
I discover Network, and everything went fine.
Now I Install the Probe client only on a remote site connected to the network with a D-Link. I can access this remote site with xxx.dyndns.org.
I try to discover the remote site, but I cannot specify a network (the system gives me an error). I therefore add a device specifying the xxx.dyndns.org address. The system accepts the command, but nothing is discovered.
What Should I do ? Is there some Log I can look at ? Is this supported ? HELP !!!
