I have some question below:

1/ When i try export report At a Glance Report, such as: router if type:

pdf, i can't see Interface Details in file pdf, it only performance, i want see both performance and interface bandwidth in pdf file. Can i do that?

2/ If i have a new device, and in Template haven't it. And i must define new template, but in new template i must define OID, can you explain me more detail about OID, and how can i see OID in my device, it's very wonderful if you send me list OID.

3/ I can't get information of AD and Exchange, it said that N/a, how can i trouble shoot that problem, i check WMI and it said that: passed. My environment is Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 bit.

4/ Can you explain me more detail about config Wan, I config in Wan, and i only config device in Router category, with another category i can't config, i must add other device to Router category. I wan config not only Router category but also other category.

I have router cisco 2900 series, I config it in Wan, but i have receive a warning: Your device must above 12.3 version, but my device have 15.4 version. What wrong?
