1. How would licensing work for upgrading from v11600 to v12.2 as we are currently licensed for only 100 devices with no plugins but 12.2 Enterprise Edition allows more devices than 100 devices and now has the plugins as standard?

2. We have been evaluating 12.2 Enterprise Edition and have it almost configured the same as (if not better than) our 11600 setup but with nearly 200 devices. Is it possible to transfer the licensing from 11600 to 12.2 as we would are thinking we would rather have a clean build rather than an upgrade from 11600?
