OpManager 12 and Office365 mail error

OpManager 12 and Office365 mail error

I'm trying to configure email settings from OpManager 12 to Exchange Online, but when sent test message, receive:
"Mail server authentication failed for smtp.office365.com. Please check the user name and password."
Server Name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Timeout: 20Sec
Login / Password - valid, I can login thru OWA
TLS - Enabled

Maybe, you can help me with this?
