We are glad to announce the release of the much awaited OpManager 12.2 service pack. This is one of the biggest service pack release in the history of OpManager and hence the delay. However, we thank all our customers for waiting paitently for the release of this service pack.

What 12.2 has to offer for customers using OpManager 11.6 (or lower versions)?

• Unified network management: OpManager 12.2 allows customers to upgrade to a unified network management software that includes various network management modules such as NetFlow monitoring, network configuration management, firewall log management, IP address management and switch port management without any additional download.
• New API-based web client: Offers  integrated dashboards and snapshot pages that carry data across various network management modules.
• Reduced maintenance: Offers single upgrade and backup across all network management modules.
• Faster troubleshooting: Integrated data across all network management modules allows you to identify and troubleshoot faults much quicker.
