OpManager: Alerts when a service is down doen't send a msg
Hi,
I'm evaluating your tool Op Manager.
I have installed it successfully.
I configured maill server and I made a test and it works.
I insert a device that's a SUN server and opManager see it. Additionally I inserted one INFORMIX service and it's well configured I monitored by OpManager.
But when I take down INFORMIX mail alert wasn't sent and it's shown in OpManger .
I considered to create a profile to send this message previously.
