Dear Support,

we have a problem,now i am testing tral version of latest OpManager. I have tried to install it on the virtual server 2003 under Hyper-V 2008.

there is no problem with configuration of Hyper-V. this server also hots other 3 servers without any problems.

The strange thing - Opmanager is working normally with SNMP devices, AND Windows Server 2008 Domain controllers.

But when i am trying to add other servers (windows server 2003, 2008 and even XP) in the same network - it is added normally, but no data shown in resource monitors. I have checked the work of scripts manually as in FAQ instruction - and recieve normal results from processor on all of this PCs. But still no result in Opmanager.

1Q. Where i should search for possible problem?

2q. It is possible to use Servicedesk and OpManager on the same server without any problem?
