1、For example, the interface of router or switch violated the threshold of loss tolerance, then the alarm would show on the OPM. When we had solved the issue of interface, the alarm still appeared on the OPM. That made us confuse it is right to solve the issue. Of course, I also tried to refresh the status of the device on OPM and shorten the time of polling the devices and interfaces . How to refresh quickly on the alarm view of OPM?
2、Sometimes I found some interfaces were disconnected by some reason, but my mailbox still can't get the mail of it from OPM.
3、I have deployed the Central OPM、 Probe OPM and NFA standalone in different three servers, and I log into the Central and turned into Probe , it needed the username and password of probe; when turning into the NFA from Probe, it also needed the username and password of NFA. That makes us so inconvenient. How to do? Creat the same username and password on those software and select the box of keeping me on?

1、假设,某个路由的接口违反阀值标准,OPM的告警界面提示告警信号。当我们解决这个接口问题时,这个告警信号依然出现在OPM的告警界面中,不能消除。这样造成一个困扰,我们到底有没有解决接口超阀值问题? 期间,我们有尝试过更新设备或接口的状态,但依然无果。告警界面会多久更新一次状态?
2、有时某些路由器端口断开后,迟迟地没有收到告警邮件,出现延时情况,这个怎么解决?
3、我们现在部署的方式为Central和Probe OPM,,以及NFA与Probe OPM结合。当我们在Central跳转到Probe时,需要重新输入Probe的用户名和密码,NFA亦是如此,这样造成不必要的麻烦。有什么解决办法?
