Opening attachments in a case - doesn't work
Hi, when I try to open an attachment (usually a screen shot sent via e-mail) from within a helpdesk case, it won't open. The dialogue box appears asking me to Open, Save or Cancel, but if I hit Open, nothing happens.
Saving the attachment to my desktop is a work-around as that's fine, but why doesn't the attachment open as it should?
