Opening a preventative ticket in advanced before upgrading builds

Opening a preventative ticket in advanced before upgrading builds

Hi,

I was wondering before I do an upgrade on my build, am I able to open up a ticket in advanced in case anything were to go wrong during my upgrade? This is so that I would have a ticket number already established and I would bypass the initial waiting phase of getting a tech assigned.
