we've noticed that, even if a Request is under approval and in its correct "Waiting for approval" status, if the Requester add a reply to its request, request status automatically changes in "open".
It is a huge problem because we could have wrong SLA violation.

Is there a way to fix it?

We're on SDP 9.3.26
