Hello,

We have 3 closure statuses:  Complete, Cancel, and Rejected - When we change the view in the Changes tab to "Open Changes", changes with the Stage of "Close" and the Status of "Rejected" appear in the view - Is there a setting we are missing in our workflow to properly close the ticket, or is there an issue with the query of the view?
