Open a closed ticket when reply email.

Hi,

We have disabled the creating ticket with email on the service desk. So users only create desks on the portal.

Sometimes our team replies to tickets to gather more information about the issues and waits for the reply. But most users still reply with email rather than the portal.

In this regard, is it possible for users to reply to their tickets by email to update the status of their tickets as open?
