Op Manager vs Solaris Server

Hi,

We are using OpManager 7 in our Company (Saudi Telecom, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). Find the license information below:

I configured few Solaris 8 servers on Op Manager and now i am facing some issues on that.
1) OpManager showing my Solaris 8 server as down. Status from OpManger is CRITICAL. Alarm Message is : "Device Down: No response from device for last 5 polls."

But the device is up and running. Also, Op Manager is showing rest of the status like CPU utilization, Disk utilization etc.

2) I have added new service from the menu Admin>Services for syslog service with port no 514. Then I have added this service to be monitored for the solaris 8 server.

OpManager is giving alarm as the syslog service is down. But the syslog is running on the server.
Note: Also attached the screen-shoot.

3) Filesystem percentage also it is not showing exactly same as what is there in the server.

Help us to fix the above issues.
