Op Manager 7 / Cisco Catalyst Alarm problem
I am getting the following alarm on Op Manager 7 relating to errors on a Cisco port:
-- Errors rate for Port GigabitEthernet6/40 is 4.042%, threshold value for this monitor is 1% --
When I try to clear the alarm, I get the following error:
-- webclient.fault.alarm.clear.status.failure --
When I try to delete the alarm, I get the following error:
-- Problem in deleting alarm! --
This is a big problem, because I am unable to clear the "Trouble" status for this switch, therefore I cannot use a Notification profile because I will get emailed all the time with a 'false' Trouble alarm. This is happening on both of my Cisco backbone chassis switches, and I am unable to monitor them as a result.
Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated!
