OP Manager

We are currently trialling this product with a view to purchasing if it provides us with the type of monitoring we require?
We currently have 14 servers in several locations connected via VPN and have installed OP Manager onto one central server for the purpose of monitoring various events on the servers. We currently have 3 servers which although look to be available and 'polled' they are not showing CPU, Memory or Disk Utilization in the Dashboard?
Any advice or guidance would be gratefully received
